Overview

Researcher Tesky is an NPC in the MMORPG CABAL Online.

Background Story

Tesky is known as a selfish and cynical Core Alchemist. He conducted research as a member of the Mage Guild for several decades and remains absorbed in experimentation even now that he has left the Mage Guild.

Tesky was once recognized for his abilities to the extent that he rose to an executive position in the Mage Guild. However, Tesky himself grew weary of the disputes within the Mage Guild and became independent.

Although Tesky appears brusque and curt, he readily gives his possessions to people he likes. He is even willing to give up tormenting the irritating Heil.

Activities in In-Game Quests

King's Consort and Guardian Knight

When you visit him seeking Heil's Ancient Deciphering Book, he tries to drive you away, but stops when he sees the Parasitic Mushroom, a top-grade magical material. Although Tesky finds Heil irritating, he returns the Ancient Deciphering Book in exchange for receiving the Parasitic Mushroom.

Dark Wizard Guild

When you visit him again, he pretends to recognize you from before. He asks what has happened this time. When you ask for the Mage Guild's scroll, he reacts as though he expected it. Tesky says the Mage Guild would have continued to operate without trouble if those suspicious dark wizards had not entered. They suddenly entered the Mage Guild one day and caused a disturbance, and Tesky grew weary of it and became independent from the Guild.

Kingslayer's Mission

Tesky has returned from the Fort. Ruina laboratory to the Green Despair laboratory. If you bring him the Final Apocalypse Card and show it to him, he creates a special device for you despite acting indifferent.

Normal Quest

When you visit him after hearing from Solme, Tesky happens to be looking for a highly skilled warrior. Tesky is glad to meet 'me' again after such a long time. In fact, Tesky had entered Fort. Ruina to find a way to combine mechanics and magic. However, research made little progress because the Metal Clan monsters were so fierce. With no other option, Tesky asks 'me' to bring him the heart of Hound S-01.
