Copeland is an NPC in the MMORPG CABAL Online.
Background Story
When Special Combat Colony began to emerge under the Sage's orders, the personnel dispatched there were high-quality, carefully selected individuals. However, as the sense of crisis gradually faded and the various countries' interest waned, being dispatched to a Special Combat Colony came to be regarded as a dangerous but unrewarding backwater assignment.
Copeland was dispatched as the person in charge of Promotion Tests amid this atmosphere. Copeland more or less adapted to the harsh environment of the Colony and currently handles Promotion Test duties while assisting the Officer and Instructor.
