This is a document outlining future scenario branches assuming the period after the Cabal 1 story ending (Patren's use of Seal on himself). Original draft: Branch Point ver.2.1.

Branch Point: After the Cabal 1 Story Ending

After Patren sealed himself away and prevented the Great Destruction.

Meanwhile, in a distant region of space where countless stars existed, there was a star predator called Star of the Void. Star of the Void was a sentient entity that devoured the surrounding stars and accumulated immense power. However, Star of the Void had grown tired of the situation because there were no longer any stars with enough power to devour.

After spending a long time in boredom, Star of the Void detected new power with its senses. It was the powerful force Luminous that even Star of the Void, which had existed for countless ages, had never felt before. Star of the Void pursued that power and headed for Nevareth. It fell onto the coastline near Port Lux.

The first to discover Star of the Void, which had fallen in Port Lux, was Sage Rigel of Prometheus. After Lich Rigel died, Sage Rigel quickly fled and hid in Port Lux to evade pursuit.

Rigel burned with a desire for revenge against Warrior's Star, which had annihilated Prometheus, but lived a dull life in hiding after realizing his own inadequacy. Then, the presence of the suspicious star that had fallen from the sky piqued Rigel's interest. Thus, Rigel came into contact with Star of the Void.

It is unknown what Rigel and Star of the Void talked about. However, Rigel subsequently obtained a new power and used it to turn back time. Although he had to expend immense power in exchange, Rigel willingly acted to take revenge on Warrior's Star, which had humiliated him, and realize Prometheus's ideals.

After turning back time, Rigel moved ahead of everyone else. Rigel rallied Prometheus, eliminated Warrior's Star, and succeeded in awakening Patren as the Lord of Destruction. Then, Nevareth was struck by Great Destruction.

    And 300 years later…….

    Excluded Elements

The following are branch candidates excluded during the review process.

    Extradimensional Beings

These were monsters that worshiped Star of the Void and willingly sought to cooperate in devouring stars. However, they lost their vitality as an aftereffect of crossing dimensions and fell asleep.

However, when Star of the Void was drawn to Luminous and reached Nevareth, it was not the only thing that crossed dimensions. Unfathomable beings from another world also crossed over in its wake.

This event left an irreversible wound on Nevareth. The Sage Tower faction was annihilated, the various nations fell into ruin, and the continent, which had been divided into three parts, merged into one. In the aftermath of the continental collision, rifts connecting to other dimensions appeared throughout the land. Those who survived the Great Destruction had to once again struggle for survival, like their ancestors a thousand years ago.

    The Third Organization

The organization to which Silverwood belonged. It is assumed that Mystic Blade and Yuan also belonged to this organization in the past. They witnessed Saint Valentine carrying out the destruction during the Great Destruction and were then captivated by that immense power. They are annihilation fundamentalists who believe that the world must be destroyed according to Saint Valentine’s will, and were in fact secretly opposed to Prometheus. They obtained Saint Valentine’s legacy and carried out the Great Destruction.

    The Six Apostles of Valentine

These were the six clans ruled by ASC. ASC’s power vanished along with Patren’s Seal, but contact with ASC stimulated the potential possessed by the clans, allowing them to acquire at least fragments of ASC’s power. However, remnants of Saint Valentine still remained within them, and the clans continued to carry out the Great Destruction.

    The Remaining Sages

After Sage Tower disappeared, the Sages began having trouble making a living. Conflict over ownership of the Sages’ legacy continued to grow, and disputes began to break out between countries and continents. Then, someone among the Sages accidentally awakened an ancient legacy that had been lying dormant, driving the world toward the Great Destruction in another way.
