Port Lux

Overview

Port Lux is the fourth special battle colony to be built under the direction of Sage Sirius. Here, unlike Fort. Ruina, the prefix Port means harbor.

History

Exilian Island is the only island discovered in the Sea of Evil to date. Although it is not a small island, measuring approximately 1/15 the size of the Pastur Continent, it is difficult to reach because of the rough seas, and people avoid it because its environment is harsh and many monsters still inhabit it. Port Lux was built on the western coastal cliffs of Exilian Island under the leadership of Sage Tower, but access is rare because it is difficult to pass through the surrounding waters and ferocious monsters inhabit the area. An army dispatched by Sage Tower remains stationed there to this day. With the establishment of a new trade route between Hellenia and Industria, ships began sailing near the Sea of Evil, and Port Lux on Exilian Island was consequently revitalized as an intermediate hub between trade ports in addition to serving as a base for research on the Sea of Evil. In 999, the island suddenly expanded when the volcano on Exilian Island erupted. Sage Tower determined that the Day of Prophecy was approaching and proclaimed a holy war.

Features

The plants around the coast where the village was established are still alive, but once you cross the boundary and begin entering the interior of the island, you are greeted by a forest withered and killed by volcanic ash. A great deal of seething lava still flows through the central part of the island. The sky is always cloudy because of the volcanic ash erupting from the crater. The demonic beasts appearing on Exilian Island take the forms of aquatic creatures and demons, and are presumed to emerge constantly from the crater. As the island became more crowded, research on Exilian Island also progressed rapidly. The greatest achievement among them was the discovery of a gigantic ark located in the center of Exilian Island. Some people claimed to have seen “ghost sailors” around the ark, but this is merely a rumor with no evidence to prove it. Reports of demonic beasts with multiple legs and other monster sightings are filed with the Port Lux branch of Sage Tower, but no one has brought back any evidence. People unanimously say that the scenery of Port Lux is beautiful. Sage Aldebaran is especially fond of the cliffs of Port Lux.
