Lakeside

Overview

Lake in Dusk is an additional location discovered afterward, but it cannot be entered by ordinary means because it is blocked by a mountain range. The lakes are presumed to extend along the Engreef Mountains of the Pastur Continent.

Features

Although its name is similar, it is a separate location from Lake in Dusk (Twilight Lake). Lake in Dusk lies in the Engreef Mountains of the Huan Continent, at the westernmost depths of Green Despair, while Lakeside is located on its outskirts. After the Sage Tower collapsed and Nevareth was divided in two, a civilian-led expedition discovered it while exploring the area around Lake in Dusk and named it Lakeside.

The sky is characterized by a reddish hue, like the evening sunset. Among the greenery, ruins and buildings abandoned by former residents are half-submerged in the lake. The contrast between the sky and the ground makes the scenery appear beautiful, but dangerous monsters such as Orcs, Gnolls, Trolls, and Golems roam the area.

Capella and Procyon later began a joint expedition, and Saint's Force Calibur was discovered on an island located in the center of Lakeside. Passing through the Crack of Dimension leads to Saint's Forcecalibur, which possesses the power and will left behind by Saint Valentine. Saint's Forcecalibur is said to lend its owner the power and will needed to protect this world. This weapon is presumed to be Force condensed into the form of a weapon around the time Saint Valentine sealed the Lord of Destruction, and Capella and Procyon are fighting to claim it.
