Overview

O'Connor is an NPC in the MMORPG CABAL Online world. He can be found in Bloody Ice.

Background Story

The cold weather of Bloody Ice is so harsh that even a robust young man would find it unbearable. It was only natural that old O'Connor disliked being assigned to Bloody Ice. Nevertheless, O'Connor did not forget his mission and required warriors passing through Colony to hone their skills. He also took an interest in events occurring around Bloody Ice as if they were his own concern and stepped forward to resolve them.

Progress in In-Game Quests

Bloody Ice

You first meet him when you enter the Special Combat Colony as a trainee. He teaches you how to fight, use skills, and operate the Warp Gate. If you return after visiting another Colony, he gives you a certificate of completion. Even afterward, he watches you closely and, noting that you solve the townspeople's problems, recommends you as a special trainee.

Normal Quest

The frequency of Lynxhorn Zombies rampaging around the Colony has increased recently. O'Connor determines that the situation will end only if their leader, Kailth, is dealt with, and commissions me to handle it.

Instructor O'Connor suddenly asks whether you know what the expression “greedy Babayaga” means. It is an idiom for a person who is self-centered and also greedy. Before the Thief Guild began running rampant, Babayaga had been causing trouble. Not to be outdone, the Babayagas began raiding the town again. O'Connor wants their leader, Babimadon, eliminated.

O'Connor is troubled by the Mega Hound that recently began appearing in Bloody Ice. The leader of the Hound Zombies, the Mega Hound attacks anyone it sees indiscriminately. He has tried to eliminate the Mega Hound in Bloody Ice but failed several times. When you return after hunting the Mega Hound, he praises you, saying you did an amazing job.

O'Connor tells you about Etoku. Etoku is a chosen monster among the Ape zombies and is said to be intelligent enough to create mysterious equipment. Unfortunately, the claims about the equipment have not yet been proven, but O'Connor wants to verify the rumor.

He tells you about the Mercenary Contract. It is a system that gives fallen warriors an opportunity while also seeking to eliminate monsters, achieving two goals at once. The condition is reportedly to defeat a renowned fallen warrior in Volcanic Citadel.

He explains how to use four Aura Mode forms with different properties in addition to Earth Aura.
