Overview
Yul is an NPC in the MMORPG CABAL Online. It can be encountered in Bloody Ice.
Background Story
Agent Yul is an event promoter who conducts various events in Nevareth at the request of Eastsoft. The Sage's Tower considers the existence of this self-proclaimed agent a mystery (as well as how she does not feel the cold in Bloody Ice), but merely monitors her from a distance, judging that her actions may help train the warriors who will one day protect Nevareth.
