Sirius calls Researcher Heil after finishing deciphering the cards. He says that he found four symbols but was unable to interpret them. He therefore orders that the matter be entrusted to Nevareth's most skilled researcher, Researcher Heil. Researcher Heil responds curtly, but cannot refuse when told that he came at Sirius's request.

Following Sirius's recommendation, Heil quickly interprets the symbols. The seeker of truth who has forgotten death is the Skeleton Mage, the warrior who cannot sleep in the land of blazing heat is the Special Mummy, the immense desire gazing upon a blood-red world is the Huge Spider, and the gathering atop the altar amid swirling snowstorms is the Snowstorm Altar of Bloody Ice. It is said that those who unravel the thousand-year-old secret at the Snowstorm Altar will obtain what they seek. After unraveling all the secrets at the altar, they obtain the Second Apocalypse Card.

Sirius sets out to decipher the symbols on the second Apocalypse Card. They reveal the location of a map where the Memorial Core containing information about the Guardian Knights can be found. When he obtains the map from Desert Mummy Village and finds all the Memorial Cores, the faces of Veradrix, Rin, Yuan, and Freed come to mind. Veradrix, the Guardian Knight of light who protects the king. Yuan, the Guardian Knight of light who can stand against the king. Rin, the Guardian Knight reborn as the king's shadow. Freed, the Guardian Knight of light who will succeed the king.

When you go to where the investigation party has gathered and tell them about the fate of the Guardian Knight, they all react with surprise. Thus, all five stars except the King's Consort gather together. Sirius says that the fate of one's life may seem to arrive suddenly, but in fact, it had been foreseen long ago. The last remaining King's Consort can be found through the Third Apocalypse Card. However, deciphering the remaining symbols on the Second Apocalypse Card reportedly requires Heil's power once again. More precisely, it requires the Ancient Deciphering Book in Heil's possession. However, Heil disappeared without a trace some time ago. We must find Heil's whereabouts.

When you visit Keller, the magic merchant who was close to Heil, and ask about Heil's recent condition, he says that Heil has become addicted to gambling. He says that Heil disappeared because of gambling debts as well. Keller tells you to go and ask Nodaka in Green Despair. Nodaka is said to be hiding in a specially sealed laboratory while being pursued by gambling debts. Only Heil himself can undo that Seal. Nodaka comes up with a plan and gives you a Smoke Bomb so that Heil will undo the Seal himself. If you use the Smoke Bomb, Heil will think there is a fire and open the door himself.

When you use the Smoke Bomb as Nodaka instructed and create smoke, Heil comes rushing out. Heil refuses, saying that although he would like to give you the Ancient Deciphering Book, he does not have it with him now. He says that he actually entrusted the book to Tesky and borrowed money. There is no choice but to repay Tesky and retrieve the Ancient Deciphering Book. Heil says that Tesky will not hand over the Ancient Deciphering Book unless you bring a top-grade magic Material such as a Parasitic Mushroom from Red Jungle.

When you find a Parasitic Mushroom in Red Jungle and visit Tesky, Tesky gives you the Ancient Deciphering Book despite being reluctant to part with it. When you return the Ancient Deciphering Book to Heil, Heil calls his gambling addiction madness and agrees to lend you the Ancient Deciphering Book for one day. However, he asks you not to spread the rumor that he is here, since it would be troublesome if his creditors came after him.

Sirius begins deciphering the final symbol with the Ancient Deciphering Book. The remaining symbols of the Apocalypse are as follows: a sky swept by a blizzard, a land of mountain ranges covered in glaciers, and a door that opens when the five stars come together. Sirius believes this is a mission that the five stars must undertake together. After pulling the lever with the other four companions in the underground bunker of Ice Mountain east of Bloody Ice and undoing the Seal, the Third Apocalypse Card is released from the Seal.

The third Apocalypse Card identifies Arionell as the King's Consort. Sirius says that he thought Arionell was an immature and weak child, and never imagined that he would have to bear such a heavy burden. When Sirius visits Arionell to tell him his fate and show him the card, Arionell sees an apparition of a small boy. After witnessing a boy being imprisoned in the Space of Eternity, Arionell realizes his own destiny. He joins them, saying that he decided it was right to accept the destiny of protecting the world. Thus, all six stars except the final King's Star are gathered. Sirius encourages them, saying that the fate of Nevareth rests in their hands, and that they must find the King's Star before it awakens with the power of darkness and make it awaken with the power of light. The dark forces coveting the Lord of Destruction's legacy are also searching for the King, and the King will not be far from the Six Stars of Light. However, even Sirius did not know how to find the King's Star.
