Overview

Henderson is an NPC in the MMORPG CABAL Online. They can be found in Green Despair.

Background Story

Henderson is doing his best to get by as a guard in Green Despair. However, the recent events have been far too difficult for a mere guard to handle.

Suspicious Sage

Henderson was also worried because his friend had gone missing. Like Nodaka's friend, Henderson's friend was assigned to the swamplands and then disappeared without a trace. That assignment location was Lakeside, said to be the area of the fiercest conflict between the two sides. Henderson feels uncomfortable asking his friend's parents from time to time whether they have heard from their child, and he is not happy with the situation either. When he delivers the message from his deceased friend, found near a graveyard in Lakeside, he denies his friend's death. However, he asks you to report to Sage Capella that there are too many victims.

Mechanical Monster Weapon

When you visit him, he asks whether Marcus called you over for a drink and says he feels hurt that he has not heard from him lately. However, when you tell him about Miles's situation, he expresses regret and suggests that you visit Ibenc.

Normal Quest

Mutations are becoming more severe in the jungle. The Dire Boar are wreaking havoc in Henderson's territory with their remarkable reproductive ability. Henderson is anxious about the Dire Boar appearing in his territory. After you hunt the Dire Boar, Henderson thanks you for your help.

Henderson trained at a training camp in the past with Marcus, a guard from Desert Scream. Henderson and Marcus reportedly repeatedly hid notes containing their innermost thoughts in forests or among rocks, then searched for them. Henderson asks you to hide a letter in a pile of brush. It was a letter Henderson had written whenever he thought of Marcus while reminiscing about the past. Henderson hopes that Marcus might find the letter in the forest. While trying to hide the letter near a stream, you find an old letter and give it to Henderson. Surprisingly, Marcus had also been writing letters while reminiscing about the past, just like Henderson.

Henderson was worried that people who had become desperate because of the apocalyptic beliefs spread by the Heresist were spending their days gambling. Because gambling had become widespread, the guards were having difficulty cracking down on it. You raid and clear out an illegal gambling den with Henderson. Afterward, Henderson laments that even senior researchers affiliated with the Sage Tower spend their time indulging in gambling.

Henderson considers you a novice and doubts your abilities because you gained fame too quickly. He tells you to defeat Moscyther if you want to earn recognition from him as a true warrior. In the past, Henderson once rushed in to capture Moscyther and nearly died. When you return after defeating Moscyther, Henderson acknowledges the rumors and bows his head.
