Overview
Carter is an NPC in the MMORPG CABAL Online. They can be encountered in Green Despair.
Background Story
Porter is Carter's older brother, but he tricked Carter into taking a job as a harbor master. Porter did this so he could see his younger brother more often, but Carter is deeply dissatisfied with his busy days. He never imagined that he would end up going to Green Despair. Carter laments his fate every day amid his busy schedule. Even so, Carter has not given up on romance and continues to pursue love.

Propagation of Heresist
He first appears in Propagation of Heresy. He recognizes the trainee as an outstanding individual among the Colony trainees. He is troubled by Heresist's activities. He reports that suspicious individuals wearing black cloaks, with stark-white faces and cold eyes, entered the harbor some time ago. When even the son of Collins, the armor merchant, left the village to follow Heresist, he felt sorry and asked that consolation money be delivered to him.
