Overview
Solme is an NPC in the MMORPG CABAL Online. They can be found in Fort. Ruina.
Background Story
Solme lost their parents and was injured before eventually arriving in Fort. Ruina. Although it is difficult for an orphan to live anywhere, Solme is bravely making a living alone. As an aside, Solme likes Sally, the general goods merchant.
Adventures in In-Game Quests
The Truth About Prometheus
When someone brings bread, they are puzzled that someone other than Sally came. They say that Sally was always moved to tears by her missing younger sibling and thought of that sibling when she saw them.
They explain that the outsiders who recently entered Fort. Ruina have settled in an abandoned house outside the village. They say it is unusual for them to be living there without incident despite the place being teeming with monsters from the Metal Clan. They say the outsiders seem to be looking for someone. You can meet their companions by going to the Abandoned House.
If you meet them after the destruction of Heathen's Village, they tell you that their companions are urgently searching for someone and advise you to go to the Abandoned House.
Destroy the Source of the Great Destruction
They tell the tired-looking ‘me’ to visit the magic merchant Soyoung and obtain a healing potion, saying that a real War will break out soon and their hero must not get sick.
Discovery of Research
Solme protests that ‘I’ have encroached on the means of livelihood of the village children. They ask me to stop taking things from Forgotten Ruin. Even so, they apologize for speaking rudely.
Normal Quest
Solme is plagued by nightmares. In the past, because of Hound S-01, whom they encountered during childhood, Solme lost both arms and their left eye and had no choice but to wear prosthetic arms and a prosthetic eye. Solme wants me to take revenge on their behalf. When I return from the hunt, Solme says that thanks to ‘me’, they were able to overcome their Trauma and can now leave the village.
Solme informs you that a person named Tesky has newly established a laboratory. She tells you that Tesky's Lab is south of the Colony.
Solme notices that Phuatous, the leader of the Mechbuffalo legion, holds the secrets of an ancient mechanical civilization and tells you. In fact, many people have come this far to unravel the secret—to capture Phuatous. The problem is that no one has succeeded. Solme tells you to challenge it for now. You nod to say that you will. After encountering Phuatous, you return to the village after a long battle. Solme says it is truly amazing that you defeated Phuatous. She then exclaims that she wants to become an outstanding warrior like you.
The noise made by the mechanical birds is loud enough to cover Fort. Ruina. Solme has no problem because she replaced her body with machinery, but to ordinary residents, the sound made by Electric Bird is torture. Solme says it will become quiet only after you defeat Alasha, the leader of the flock, rather than just an Electric Bird. When you return after defeating Alasha, Solme says that the Electric Bird have lost their energy thanks to Alasha's disappearance. It turns out that Alasha was both the leader of the Electric Bird legion and an energy charging station. Solme says Najaba told her this, adding that you learn all sorts of things when you stay close to someone.
Although other people point to Openg as a lazy, self-absorbed guard, Solme likes Openg. Solme tells you what she heard from Najaba. The story was that dealing with Mechaz alone would cut off the power supplied to Mechzard. Openg was known as someone who could not protect his own territory because of his characteristic sensitivity. Solme asks you to deal with Mechaz on his behalf to defend Openg. Although Openg is self-absorbed, he was the person who extended a warm hand to Solme when she had lost her parents and was living alone. Solme asks you to stay close to Openg.
Solme believes that a hero will one day appear to defeat Excavator-alpha, but she is upset because her friends do not believe it. She says that people think no one can defeat a monster like Excavator-alpha because it is a beast of tremendous strength befitting its huge size. However, Solme, who considers you a hero, firmly believes that you are amazing enough to defeat even Excavator-alpha. To fulfill Solme's wish, you accept her request and deal with Excavator-alpha. Solme is delighted that you were amazing enough to defeat even Excavator-alpha and says she will quickly boast about it to the people who called her a liar.
She secretly fell in love with Sally, the general goods merchant, but was rejected because she was too young. To be recognized by Sally as a true man, Solme wants to go capture the Iron Gargoyle in Lakeside, but she lacks confidence and asks you to help in her place.
Like any young child, Solme is playful and teases Blacksmith Alba Hide about being hairy. Provoked, Hide considers ways to get rid of the hair.
While playing robot with the neighborhood children using Metal Clan mobs, Solme felt that something was missing. After hearing that Pontus Ferrum had many Metal Clan mechanical monsters, she asks you to bring her some parts. In fact, in Fort. Ruina, they had been playing with dead Metal Clan monsters like robots instead of toys. Solme asks for parts of UMD-01 Brachium, and you obtain them from Pontus Ferrum. Solme is happy that she now has something to play with for a while.
