Background Story
Houta originally lived around Senillinean Tower but moved north due to the explosion of Senillinean Tower. Panaki was deeply impressed by Procyon's assistance and believes that, freed from the constraints imposed by the Guardians in the past, humans should rule the continent.

Prelude to the True Battle
When you bring the material, they make Biniyo a potion that suppresses his beard. Instead of mentioning Allonge, they teach you about the Promise of Balance made between the Senillineans and the Guardians. They say that everyone in the north supports Procyon and that they will not return to the past. They believe that, having encountered new power, they must follow new changes.
